Job Description
As a Value Stream Owner, you will consolidate business priorities and vision, set strategic value stream vision, and drive continuous development of products to maximize business value-add. You will lead coordination across value streams and relevant platforms, and represent value stream interests to all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Several years of relevant Business experience in Commercial Area
- Strong understanding of customer needs, market forces, compliance factors, and technical solutions
- Ability to measure and track attainment of business objectives
- Understanding of lean and agile principles to improve value stream development
- Fluent in English; German as additional language is an asset
