Project Management Team Lead (Development)

Mediatech is a fast-growing digital publishing house looking for a Project Management Team Lead (Development) to lead complex projects, guide the project management team, and drive business growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in IT project management, product ownership, or similar roles
• Experience leading or mentoring other project managers
• Experience establishing or improving delivery processes in a growing organization
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and support decision-making with structured analysis
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects or a project portfolio
• Solid understanding of Agile and software development workflows
• Strong prioritisation and decision-making skills based on impact and feasibility
• Excellent communication skills and hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
