Job Description
Mediatech is a rapidly growing digital publishing house combining digital, tech, and content competencies. They are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the end-to-end design process, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality visuals and user experiences. The role involves A/B testing, user research, and creating design systems.
Requirements
- Solid background in UX and UI design, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality work.
- Proficiency in Figma
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Practical experience with A/B testing and usability testing
- Ability to clearly explain design choices and present options
- Sharp attention to detail and design skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
