Job Description
We're looking for a Community Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Amplar Health. As a Community Enrolled Nurse, you'll be visiting multiple clients homes in the community each shift, assessing patient and carer needs for education and/or support, and promoting their quality of life. You'll be working with a supportive management team and enjoying a work-life balance, with no night shifts.
Requirements
- Enrolled Nurse with unrestricted AHPRA registration
- At least 2 years' experience delivering top notch care
- Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
