Job Description
We're offering an exciting opportunity for nurses to relocate to beautiful Adelaide within our Transition Care Service. The role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care to patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury in a cutting-edge setting.
Requirements
- Nursing qualifications and current unrestricted AHPRA registration / eligibility to apply
- Hold current First Aid and CPR certificate
- High attention to detail with a patient focused approach
- Hold a South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or are willing and eligible to obtain).
- Eligible for Australian work rights
- If successful, willing and able to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations.
