Job Description
Medibank is seeking experienced Paediatric Nurses to join their Care Coordination team in Adelaide. The role involves managing care for children and families, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Minimum 5 years' experience working in paediatrics
- Strong understanding of care coordination, case management, or complex care
- Excellent computer skills and ability to use systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident working independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
- Highly organised with strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skill
