Director, Vendor Integration

Medica is a nonprofit health plan with a million members, serving communities in Minnesota, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Missouri, and beyond. The Director, Vendor Integration will lead the integration of vendors following the acquisition of certain contracts and assets of Ucare, ensuring alignment with Medica's Enterprise Sourcing & Procurement (ES&P) framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience in related field
• 10 years of experience beyond degree in procurement, vendor management, sourcing, operations, M&A, or related experience required
• Experience in post-merger integration strongly preferred
