Clinical Aide

The Clinical Aide provides exceptional customer service to patients and physicians, executes on clinic operations and patient care, and supports the organization's strategic objectives. Responsibilities include greeting and registering patients, initiating forms, and performing diagnostic testing as ordered by the physician.

Requirements

• Medical degree from a school of medicine listed in the World Directory of Medical Schools
• Successful completion of the MCCQE 1/MCCQE2 (Medical Council of Canada Evaluating Examination) or MCCEE (Medical Council of Canada Evaluating Examination)
• Experience with Med Access software is preferred
• Excellent communication, listening and problem solving skills
• Excellent clinical and customer service and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with the Health Information Act guidelines
• Strong computer skills including Excel
• CPR
