Job Description
Hirslanden Klinik is seeking a Pflegehelfer/Pflegehelferin to assist in the training of nursing and student learners in various care areas. The role involves developing and evaluating learning units, conducting training sessions, and coordinating qualification steps. The ideal candidate will possess BAER (AGS) professional qualification, HF/FH/FH nursing specialist, and Dipl.-Pflegefachfrau/Fachmann. Requirements
- BAER (AGS) professional qualification
- HF/FH/FH nursing specialist qualification
- Dipl.-Pflegefachfrau/Fachmann qualification
- At least two years of professional experience in an acute hospital
- Knowledge of the teaching system, educational laws and regulations
- Experience as a vocational trainer in a nursing department and teaching student groups
- High social and self-confidence
- Strong communication skills
