The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in the culinary industry and a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a 2-year culinary degree. They will be responsible for following standardized recipes, preparing daily par sheets, and maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent and a 2 Year Culinary Degree or commensurate experience
- 7+ years in the culinary industry
- Ability to read and prepare standardized recipes
- Ability to organize and prioritize daily par sheets
- Understanding of proper food handling, equipment and utensils
- Ability to delegate work properly and in a fair manner
- Ability to communicate effectively with fellow associates and supervisors
- Ability to quickly assess situations and implement a strategy
