Requirements

• 3-5+ years of progressive culinary experience
• Prior leadership experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Line Cook preferred
• Culinary degree preferred but not required with equivalent work experience
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
