Job Description
Business Process Excellence Engineer to support Medline Europe's growth by establishing a culture of continuous improvement and performance. The role involves analyzing, designing, and deploying optimized processes, and promoting a performance culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Process Management, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in process improvement, business transformation, or operational excellence
- Mastery of modeling methodologies (Swimlane, VSM, SIPOC, BPMN), mapping tools (Visio, ARIS, Signavio), and Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions
- Lean/Six Sigma or Agile certifications appreciated
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)
- Analytical spirit and attention to detail
- Common English language skills
