We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team, providing administrative and creative support to contribute to the success of learning initiatives and gaining hands-on experience in corporate learning strategies, communication, and employee development.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor (3rd or 4th year) or Master program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Communication, Psychology or a related field in the Netherlands
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills (written and verbal), with proficiency in English (other languages are a plus)
- Interest in corporate learning, training or organizational development
- Comfortable working with digital tools (MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of LMS or design tools is a plus)
