The MedReview position involves conducting re-licensure surveys, complaint investigations, and associated tasks for Licensed Home Care Services Agencies (LHCSAs). The Home Care Agency Administrator is responsible for overseeing the operations of a LHCSA in compliance with state regulations and standards set forth by the New York State Department of Health (DOH).
Requirements
- Conducts on-site licensure surveys of LHCSAs to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct on-site complaint investigations/focused surveys of LHCSAs to address complaints effectively and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintains flexibility regarding workspace and environment while in the field.
