The Learning & Development Specialist will provide end-to-end L&D support across Medserv's operational and support functions during a maternity leave period.
Requirements
- Proven ability to quickly understand organisational structures, processes, and operational realities
- Demonstrated use or interest in structured learning frameworks and evaluation models
- Exceptional Reporting Capability
- Confident working with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
- Ability to improve clarity, consistency and usability of learning and process documentation
- Comfortable partnering with managers and leaders across multiple functions and geographies
- Practical, organised, and outcomes-focused with the ability to maintain momentum during a cover period
