Job Description
Medsien is a leading provider of scalable Remote Care Management solutions, blending innovative technology with compassionate human connection. The Clinical Operations Specialist – Provider Relations role focuses on supporting clinics in implementing Medsien’s programs, providing training, and troubleshooting issues on-site, both in the U.S. and nationwide.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a healthcare setting (e.g., clinical support, medical assisting, practice operations, or similar).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both clinical and administrative staff.
- Comfort working independently while traveling and visiting clinic sites.
- Willingness to learn about remote care programs, EHR systems, and Medicare billing.
- Clinical training or hands-on experience in a patient care environment.
- A positive, proactive attitude and interest in growing your career in healthcare operations.
