Job Description
Medsien is a leading Chronic Care Management provider seeking a bilingual, Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join their team. The role involves assisting patients in enrolling in healthcare programs, performing enrollment reviews, providing consultations, documenting patient information, and coordinating enrollment processes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping patients access healthcare services.
Requirements
- Active certification as a Medical Assistant from a nationally accredited institution (NHA, AAMA, NCCT, NAHP, etc)
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy and compassion

- Organization and time management skills
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
