MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Business Development Executive to generate new business through sales leads or referrals.

Requirements

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (preferably in Marketing or Sales)
Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls in Marketing and Sales is a plus
Background in CRM (Hubspot) is a plus
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to cold-call potential clients with confidence
Good organizational, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Computer literacy (should have knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel)
Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
