MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for an HR Specialist to ensure smooth and effective HR operations for a specific business unit, handling employee performance, compliance with labor laws, and engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology (preferably Industrial-Organizational), or any related field
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in employee relations case handling, drafting disciplinary and legal notices, managing DOLE transactions and compliance, and onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
- Strong conflict resolution, case management, and employee relations expertise
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Proven experience engaging with international stakeholders, facilitating coaching sessions, investigations, or meetings
