Job Description
The Marketing Events Specialist will plan and coordinate in-person events and virtual events for MedVet, including Continuing Education events and VMA conferences. The role requires a highly collaborative and motivated individual with excellent organizational and project management skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or hospitality management
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with promotion, marketing, and event/meeting planning
- Proven track record managing events of varying scales
- Expert using Microsoft Office and event management tools
- Superior English-language editorial and writing skills
- Superb organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate technical topics to non-technical employees
