We are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to lead Meesho AI Services (MAS) business growth through pure hunting and full-cycle sales ownership. You will be responsible for self-sourced pipeline creation, owning the entire sales funnel, and closing enterprise contracts with deal sizes of $100K+ ARR.
Requirements
- 6+ years in enterprise/midmarket SaaS/AI/Contact Center hunting roles.
- Demonstrated track record of closing $100K+ ACV deals in complex B2B environments.
- Experience engaging senior business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong consultative and value selling capability.
- Ability to map complex client org structures, identify the right ICPs, and navigate multiple departments to reach true decision-makers and buying intent
- Ability to translate client operational challenges into quantifiable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales tools.
- Proficiency in MEDDPICC/BANT methodologies for structured account qualification and mapping
