Group Product Manager

Meesho is looking for a Group Product Manager to lead their team of Product Managers, Senior Product Managers, and Product Analysts. The successful candidate will define product vision and strategy, facilitate idea generation, experiment with multiple ideas, and lead a direct team of Product Managers and Product Analysts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of work experience
• At least 6+ years experience in product management in a tech-led company (consumer internet experience preferred)
• Exceptional problem-solving skills based on ‘first principles’ thinking
• Good understanding of technology
• Familiarity with product management processes such as A/B experimentation
• Experience of having managed a direct reporting team of product managers
