Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Manager - Growth to drive 10X growth for Meesho, a true and profitable e-commerce platform in India. The role involves working on topics such as intent channelization, user-seller programs, and formulating and implementing different user-seller programs to make the platform more lucrative and drive intent to purchase at the right time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a top tier institute is required – MBA is preferable
- 4-6+ years of experience in Strategy & Ops/Management, with a consulting background or high-growth startup
- Structured problem-solving skills, 10X thinking, Extreme ownership
- People management skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
