Territory Manager

We are MegaGen UK, an established and fast-growing distributor of cutting-edge dental solutions. Our mission is to bring clinically advanced, value-driven innovations to dental professionals across the UK.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of dental sales experience, ideally in implants, surgical equipment, regeneration, or dental devices
• Strong clinical understanding and ability to explain scientific concepts
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
• Proven track record in new business development
• Highly motivated and able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). CRM experience a plus

Benefits

• Base Salary: £45,000–£55,000 (DOE)
• Car Allowance: £8,400 p.a.
• Bonus: Up to £10,000 p.a (achievable after successful 6-month probation, paid quarterly depending on sales results and KPI.)
