P&C Coordinator

Megaport is a global leader in Network as a Service (NaaS), and we're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Coordinator to support our People & Culture team. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role that offers exposure to global HR practices and the opportunity to work collaboratively with a dynamic and dedicated team.

Requirements

• Around 1–2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, with exposure to HR or Talent Acquisition.
• A strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
• A creative thinker with curiosity and a passion for continuously improving the way we retain and support our people.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams and regions.
• A proactive, can-do attitude, with high energy and enthusiasm for helping people and supporting company growth.
