Job Description
Meierhofer Academy is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join their team in Berlin, Munich, Hannover, Leipzig, or the home office. The role focuses on expanding the sales team within the healthcare-IT sector, leveraging strong contacts and a proactive customer orientation. Responsibilities include generating new leads, presenting solutions to decision-makers, and negotiating contracts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software sales in the healthcare-IT sector, ideally with clinical information systems, PDMS, or similar applications
- Deep understanding of hospital processes and decision-making structures
- Existing network of contacts with universities and healthcare providers
- Strong procurement experience in public health
- Secure and approachable demeanor
