Job Description
Achieve an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) workplace, protect company onshore assets and maintain high standards of safety through continuous improvement of comprehensive Safety Management Systems across Offshore Major Projects and Projects in Offshore.
Requirements
- Manage successful corporate personal safety systems and HSEQ KPI
- Support development of corporate safety policies and their implementation
- Ensure quality formal investigations into serious safety incidents
- Manage safety performance during projects Start Ups
- Ensure HSEQ related approved ORP deliverables are properly tracked and closed
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Manage HSE inspection programs
- Manage training, developmental and succession plans for assigned employees
- Review and improve company safety systems and processes
- Participate in Emergency Response, Crisis Management / Business Continuity responses
