• Reviews procurement activities of contractor with PMT
• Stewards contractor performance to ensure compliance with company requirements
• Reviews and monitors EPC contractors materials management plans
• Works effectively within established policies and procedures
• Manages procurement requirements to ensure objectives are met within approved scope, budget, and schedule
