Job Description
Melaleuca is looking for an Associate Financial Analyst to play an integral part in the analysis, recommendation, and implementation of profit improvement projects, strategic alignment initiatives, and achievement of sales and income objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Strategy or Data Analytics
- Strong academic performance with a minimum 3.75 GPA
- Exceptional analytical and problem solution skills
- Effective interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivation and sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to analyze problems and create solutions
- Strong financial knowledge
- Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
