Job Description
Account Executive, SMB - Lead management and pipeline generation, strategic outbound prospecting, discovery and consultative selling, product demonstrations and deal execution, and target achievement and pipeline management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS, fintech, or B2B environments
- Proven ability to hit and exceed quota in high-velocity sales roles
- Agility and ability to switch gears between responding to warm inbound interest and picking up the phone to hunt for new business
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Experience selling with a defined sales methodology (Sandler, Challenger, MEDDIC, etc.)
- Genuinely Curious about Customer Businesses
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a 3-day in-office requirement
