Job Description
This full-time position involves providing respiratory therapy to patients of all ages, primarily in an ICU setting. The role includes patient care, equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety protocols. The position involves performing various therapeutic procedures, monitoring patient responses, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The position offers a sign-on bonus of $20,000.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited respiratory care program
- Certified by the National Board for Respiratory Care or registry eligible
- Active Illinois Respiratory Care Practitioner license
- Current CPR certification
- Must have an active Illinois Respiratory Care Practitioner license
- Currently perform arterial punctures
- Performs nasal and tracheal suctioning of patients of all ages
