Job Description
ID 2025-30822 is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician I to assist a licensed pharmacist in preparing and distributing medications. The role involves preparing orders, inventory management, adhering to regulations, and serving as a back-up for other team members. Responsibilities include filling prescriptions, monitoring stock, and maintaining data entry accuracy.
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED or current enrollment in High School/GED program
- Current State of Illinois Technician license or ability to obtain one within 60 days of application
- Pharmacy Technician Certification through the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board or the Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ExCPT)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, math, and customer relations skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to operate keyboard and mouse
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods of time
- Following all relevant Federal, State, or other regulatory requirements
