Respiratory Therapist - Transport - FT - Nights - $20K Sign on Bonus - JDCH

We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital in Hollywood, Florida. The successful candidate will provide high-quality respiratory care to patients in a variety of settings, including the ED, Trauma and Critical Care. Opportunities exist for motivated Registered Respiratory Therapists and Certified Respiratory Therapy Technicians to provide a high level of quality service and lead others in delivering patient care.

Requirements

• Organize and coordinate respiratory care activities considering the needs of the patient
• Implement patient population specific interventions based on individual patient needs
• Evaluate effectiveness of care and care coordination progressing patients toward desired outcomes
• Provide for a safe environment and safe delivery of care
• Assess the patient's cardio/pulmonary system according to professional practice standards and institutional policy/procedure
