Job Description
Assists with special projects for assigned areas or functions, leads and resolves contract change requests, and collaborates with various teams to ensure staff are informed of new contracts, on-boarding, and changes to existing contracts.
Requirements
- Assists with all contracting administration and projects
- Leads and executes Physician and employee onboarding process
- Determines if fair market value appraisals are required
- Initiates Calculator Tool valuation runs
- Collaborates with various teams to ensure staff are informed of new contracts, on-boarding, and changes to existing contracts
- Maintains contract terms updated in Contract Database
- Coordinates the preparation of Letters of Intent and/or Offers with various teams
- Monitors all contract deadlines and conditions
- Provides contract summaries and ensures contract execution in collaboration with Executive Leadership
