Job Description
The Coin Room Supervisor will be responsible for the collection, processing, shipping, and security of fare box revenues. This role involves supervising the operation of the Coin Room, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with company regulations and security standards. It requires a strong focus on record-keeping, financial reporting, and personnel management.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in revenue collection, with prior dealings with large amounts of money.
- Knowledge of cashier/bank operations and Federal Reserve requirements.
- Knowledge of fare collection equipment operation and maintenance.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to operate a personal computer and utilize Microsoft Office.
