Job Description
This Road Supervisor position is for a full-time, exempt position focused on supervising bus service operations within the transit network (MATA). The role involves monitoring service, coordinating schedules, investigating issues, and ensuring efficiency. The supervisor will also assist passengers and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
- 2-3 years' experience as a bus operator (or equivalent)
- Valid Class A or B driver's license with P endorsement
- Computer literate, familiar with TrackIt software, Microsoft Office
- Ability to complete paperwork and understand labor agreements.
- Ability to work shifts and days as assigned.
- Ability to comply with company policies and safety protocols.
- Willingness to work as required.
