Job Description
FLSA non-exempt Trolley Operator position requires an individual to operate a designated route in a safe, courteous manner, ensuring passenger safety and satisfaction. The role involves passenger loading/unloading, operating a radio system, communication with dispatch, and providing excellent customer service. Operators must maintain vehicle mechanics, adhere to safety regulations, and accurately record incident information.
Requirements
- Operate trolley/bus in a safe, courteous, and reliable manner on a designated route.
- Direct and assist passenger loading and unloading in a safe and orderly fashion.
- Communicate verbally and in writing.
- Repair written reports as required.
