ELP Substitutes

The ELP (Extended Learning Program) Substitutes provide age-appropriate instruction and recreational activities for students in a PreK-12 setting after school. They work under the supervision of the ELP Site Supervisor, assisting in a variety of tasks like class management, student support, and ensuring a positive learning environment. This role is designed for individuals who can work independently and demonstrate commitment to student success.

Requirements

• A program Site Worker shall be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, and shall meet the minimum qualifications listed below:
• Education level
• Childcare experience preferred
• Complete at least thirty (30) hours of professional development each school year
• Have a professional development plan that supports completing the required hours.
