Site Administrator – Project Graduation- Part Time

This part-time Site Administrator position within Project Graduation focuses on managing program operations, budget, administrative duties, and student support. The role involves direct supervision of staff and ensuring compliance with district policies, regulations, and goals for the program's students. A Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or Social Work is highly preferred.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of four (4) years of teaching or training experience (or equivalent education, training, and/or paid experience) or Master's degree.
• Five (5) years of progressive professional responsibility for management and administration of educational programs experience (or equivalent experience).
• Tennessee Administrative License required.
