Job Description
The Accountant will be responsible for verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling accounts payable and receivable, Cash on hand, Credit Cards, and Payroll Track and Record by Cost Center. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with IFRS, prepare and submit VAT and WTH reports, and support internal and external audit processes.
Requirements
- Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, Cash on hand, Credit Cards
- Payroll Track and Record by Cost Center
- Bookkeeping ensure compliance with IFRS
- Prepare and submit VAT report
- Prepare and submit WTH report
- Supervise that internal procedures are complied
- Support on internal and external Audit process
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
