MCHC Health Center is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support the financial integrity and long-term sustainability of our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
Requirements
- Lead monthly close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare annual operating and capital budgets
- Manage and support the annual financial audit
- Prepare Medicare Cost Reports and PPS Reconciliations
- Assist with Form 990, UDS, OSHPD, and other regulatory and grant reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to grantors and regulatory agencies
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and special reporting requests
- Collaborate with leadership to improve accounting processes and documentation
- Assist with developing training materials and cross-training staff across accounting functions
