Job Description
Menemsha is seeking a Bid Coordinator to administer and coordinate subcontractor bid coverage for construction projects. The role involves initial and frequent phone solicitation to subcontractors, preparing documentation, and communicating project updates. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, analytical ability, and a proactive attitude.
Requirements
- Prepare construction documents and supporting documentation.
- Utilize resources for subcontractor solicitation (Menemsha field resources, Oneteam.com, project management).
- Respond to subcontractor inquiries and secure approvals.
- Manage subcontractor bid responses and ensure timely delivery of information.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
- Heavy phone work (requiring multiple answers).
