Case Manager and Coach for DMH Homeless Recovery and Mental Health Services

Mental Health America of Los Angeles (MHALA) seeks a Case Manager and Coach to work with individuals in need of mental health services, including homeless recovery and mental health services. The successful candidate will provide intensive case management services, develop recovery plans, and advocate for members to access requested services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of experience providing psychosocial rehab related services to a disabled population
• Bachelor degree in a human related field preferred
• Valid CPR certificate preferred
• Knowledgeable of the harm reduction philosophy and effective in the practice motivational interviewing
