Job Description
The Mental Health Association is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead and support residential staff in fostering independence and community integration for individuals with developmental disabilities and brain injuries. The role involves person-centered planning, staff training, and ensuring compliance with regulations, with a focus on growth and dignity. The position is offered on an on-site basis with 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- Lead and support a team of residential staff

- Train, mentor, and supervise staff

- Participate in an on-call rotation
