Job Description
Join the Mental Health Association team and see why it's a great place to work! The Crisis Outreach Supervisor will oversee staff development and activities of the MCORT office, assist with program development, and provide crisis response and de-escalation services.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in a mental health related field
- Professional license (LSW, LAC)
- Two years of post-master's full time equivalent professional experience in a psychiatric setting
- Valid NJ driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to provide effective crisis response and de-escalation
