Job Description
MHP is hiring a full-time Certified Peer Specialist to provide mobile, flexible, and community-based services to individuals with mental health challenges. The role involves facilitating recovery, advocacy, and community integration, offering support with education, employment, and social resources. Requirements
- High School diploma or GED Diploma.
- Associate's degree in a Human Services related field (preferred).
- Credentialed as a Certified Peer Specialist and PA Certification Board approved.
- 12 months of full or part-time paid or voluntary work experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the local Mental Health System.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
