Mentimeter is an engagement tool that turns presentations into conversations. We're looking for a Senior People Growth Catalyst (HRBP) to partner with department leaders and develop leaders, teams, and individuals. The role involves coaching, organizational design, and driving initiatives to strengthen performance and engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant role in scaleups or high-growth environments
- Leadership and team development experience
- Facilitation and process design skills
- Project management skills
- Fluency in English
- Experience working in a values-driven environment
