Job Description
Mentor Technical Group (MTG) is seeking a detail-oriented Reliability Technician to join their team in North Carolina. The role focuses on ensuring equipment reliability, improving asset performance, and minimizing downtime in regulated industries like pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device manufacturing. Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in maintenance or reliability, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance practices.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
- Familiarity with GMP compliance, safety protocols, and documentation requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues effectively.
