CRM Manager

Meraki Developers is seeking a proactive and experienced CRM Manager to lead post-sales operations, client servicing, legal coordination, and collections within their real estate developments in Dubai. The role requires strong knowledge of the local regulations (DLD, RERA) and proficiency in CRM platforms like Bitrix. This is a pivotal position ensuring a premium customer journey from booking to handover.

Requirements

• Lead, train, and supervise a team of CRM executives.
• Serve as the escalation point for premium clients.
• Ensure timely and professional responses to client queries.
• Manage complete post-sales processes.
• Oversee the accurate and timely generation of client documents.
• Ensure timely collections as per agreed payment schedules.
• Proactively follow up on overdue payments.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure seamless post-sales operations.
