CTO & Co-Founder @ Stealth Venture (AI Yard Operations)

We are building an AI-native platform that brings real-time intelligence, transparency, and automation to yard operations. As a co-founder, you will play a central role in defining the technology, shaping the product, and creating a new category in logistics AI.

Requirements

• MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in computer vision, MLOps, and model deployment.
• Experience designing and owning complex distributed systems and backend architectures.
• 3+ years of experience in leading engineering teams or tech strategy (startup or high-growth preferred).
• Hands-on ability to build prototypes quickly and evolve them into production systems.
• Strong understanding of data infrastructures, integrations, APIs, and real-time pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills and eagerness to co-own product, obsess over customer processes, and business outcomes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you enjoy ambiguity, move fast, and bias for action.
